Dr. B has put out a list of her top recommended lubricants for intimacy.

  • Slipery Stuff Water -Based

    • Pros:

      • Does not cause stinging and burning

      • pH is similar to the vaginal canal

    • Cons:

      • Dries quickly during extended activity

      • Not readily available in stores; must order


  • UberLube Silicone-Based

    • Pros:

      • It's inert so it doesn't affect the vaginal biome

      • Not water soluable no impact in the pH

      • Long-lasting

    • Cons:

      • Can NOT be used with silicone-based sex toys or medical devices

      • Not readily available in stores; must order


  • Good Clean Love Water- Based

    • Pros:

      • Does not cause stinging and burning

      • pH is similar to the vaginal canal

      • Easily Accessible in stores (Target/Walmart)

      • Can be used with all sex toys

    • Cons:

      • Dries quickly during extended activity

      • Can be messy


  • Sliquid Water-Based/Hybrid

    • Pros:

      • Does not cause stinging and burning

      • pH is similar to the vaginal canal

      • Easily Accessible in stores (Target/Walmart)

      • Has variations in types of lubricants (water-based, hybrid (silicone/water & aloe/water)

    • Cons:

      • Not readily available in stores; must order

      • Can be messy


  • V-magic Oil Based

    • Pros:

      • Hydrates and Soothes vulva tissue dryness

      • Does not cause stinging or burning

    • Cons:

      • Oil based may soil your sheets

      • Not readily available in stores; must order
